Book a one to one in person Pilates assessment to ensure that Campbell can help meet your needs, modify the exercises and maximise the benefits of Pilates for you. The LIVE online classes are currently £8 per class and sold in a bundle. A recording is available on request if you miss the class.

 

Why Pilates?

If you have experienced back pain or are recovering from a period of ill health or feel you have lost your fitness for another reason, Pilates could be a great way to rebuild your strength and flexibility. Pilates can also help prevent future back problems. Our live online Pilates classes are suitable for all ages and fitness levels.

 
 

1:1 Pilates sessions.

If you would like a private in person Pilates class, we can arrange this either on-site or online.

You may benefit from a series of private Pilates classes if you require a more individualised exercise progression. Some clients benefit from a set of private classes before joining in with our regular timetabled group classes. Other people may find it difficult to commit to a specific time each week and could therefore avail of these more flexible private classes.
